Preorders can be placed via email, phone, fax or in store. Please state both code and product description when placing the order to ensure the correct product is ordered. Payment maybe be phoned in via credit card or brought into the store. Order forms may be printed to be filled in but do not have to be. NO ORDERS WILL BE PLACED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT.
